Shipping policy

At Stitched & Steeped, we believe slow living starts with thoughtful making — but that doesn’t mean your order has to wait forever. Below you’ll find our current shipping timelines by product type, so you know exactly what to expect.

• We typically ship tea blends and beanies same-day or next-day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  

  • These lightweight items ship via USPS Ground Advantage and arrive within 2–5 business days for most U.S. addresses.

• Rugs are made and packed with care, and ship out within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

  • We ship small rugs via USPS or UPS Ground, and larger rugs are rolled, padded, and boxed to ensure safe delivery.

• Our sweaters and cardigans are handmade in small batches — crafted slowly, not rushed. Please allow 7–11 business days for production before shipment.

  • These ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination.
